Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 days from delivery.

Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days from delivery.
Visible damage (scratches, cracks, missing parts) must be reported within 24 hours with photos or a video.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Modified or altered products will not be accepted.
Upon inspection, the customer may choose to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable when the product delivered matches the order.
Warranty
All Friend Store products include a 30-day warranty from delivery.
To activate it, send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging.
The warranty does NOT cover
